Purchase Confirmation and Receipts
When you complete this purchase you will receive a confirmation email and receipt. When the item has been dispatched you will receive one final email confirming delivery methods and estimated delivery times. Rotordiscs aim to satisfy all orders within 7 days. Rotordiscs reserves the right to cancel and refund orders at any time. If you live outside of the UK mainland then you may be contacted to make a further payment towards postage and packaging.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations.
If you wish to return an item you must contact Rotordiscs to give a clear reason why you are requesting for this return. If you are entitled to return the item you will be given a returns number and returns instructions. Do not send items without following this procedure.
You have the right to cancel your order before the item(s) are dispatched. If your purchase is the not suitable then you may return it within 7 days if the item is unused and in the original condition/packaging. You will then receive a full refund (Refunds do not include shipping costs). Rotordiscs is not responsible for the item whilst in Carriage. It is suggested that you use a guaranteed/registered delivery service. If goods are faulty or your package is damaged then you must report this within 3 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that the product be returned under the 7 day satisfaction guarantee option - a 20% handling charge will be levied on the transaction.
